Our position

Puliqo does not host, store, or distribute any media. It is a tool that fetches publicly accessible content from third-party platforms at a user’s request and relays it to that user, without retaining a copy. We do not circumvent DRM or any technical protection measure.

Only download what you’re allowed to

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to download and keep any content — their own uploads, Creative Commons-licensed work, public-domain material, or content they have explicit permission to save. Downloading copyrighted content without permission may violate the source platform’s Terms of Service and applicable copyright law.

Reporting a concern

If you are a rights holder with a concern about how this tool is being used, or believe a specific feature facilitates infringement, please open an issue on the project’s GitHub repository with details of your concern.

Platform-side removal

Because Puliqo does not host content, removing a specific video from being downloadable is best achieved by reporting it directly to the platform hosting it (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), which controls the source content.
