Terms of Service
Last updated 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Puliqo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. What the Service does
Puliqo fetches publicly accessible media from third-party platforms at your request and delivers it to you. Puliqo does not host, index, or curate any of that content — it only relays what is already publicly available at the link you provide.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded content. You agree to only download content you own, have explicit permission to save, or that is licensed for reuse (e.g. Creative Commons, public domain). You will not use the Service to infringe copyright, violate a platform’s Terms of Service, or engage in unlawful activity.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Third-party platforms change constantly and downloads may fail, be incomplete, or stop working without notice. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puliqo and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including any legal consequences of downloading content you were not authorized to save.
6. Fair use & rate limits
The Service applies rate limits and daily quotas to keep it fast and available for everyone. We may block abusive traffic patterns at our discretion.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be raised via the GitHub repository’s issue tracker.
